A concept for the next generation of employee experience at T-Mobile — exploring what an AI-native Employee Experience Platform could look like across onboarding, day-to-day support, and retention. Rather than pitch a feature list, the idea is built around three moments in an employee's life: getting help in the moment, ramping up faster, and catching disengagement while it's still cheap to fix.
This is a working, interactive prototype — not slides. The assistant and career coach are backed by a real LLM call (Claude), with a graceful local fallback so the demo stays reliable even offline.
Fully interactive — click through Home, the AI assistant, onboarding, and pulse/career coaching, then switch personas in the sidebar to see the same platform reconfigure for a Product Manager, a Data Analyst, and a Software Engineer. Feeling cramped in the frame? Open it in its own tab →
Companies typically only learn something's wrong once it's already too late to act cheaply — a resignation, someone quietly checked out while still on payroll, or performance that's already visibly slipped. Grow Me exists to catch the leading indicator — workload and mood trending down — while the fix is still a 1:1, not a backfill.
The same platform reconfigures for a Product Manager, a Data Analyst, and a Software Engineer — different onboarding tasks, different assistant vocabulary, different career paths — proving the platform adapts to the person, rather than the person adapting to the platform.
The assistant resets access, files tickets, and books time — real actions with a reference ID, not just answers. Anything that would touch a production system stays held for approval, a deliberate governance choice for an AI agent operating on day one of a rollout.
Every screen here is real and clickable, built specifically to be shown rather than described. It's the same instinct that drives the rest of this portfolio: show the thinking, don't just narrate it.
